Responsibilities
- Analyze healthcare legislation and regulatory impacts for Pennsylvania communities
- Develop evidence-based policy recommendations for public health emergencies
- Coordinate inter-agency initiatives with federal, state, and municipal partners
- Lead stakeholder engagement with healthcare providers and community organizations
- Prepare comprehensive policy briefs for legislative review and public dissemination
- Oversee implementation of state health equity programs in Southeastern PA
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Public Policy, or related field
- 5+ years of policy analysis experience in government or healthcare
- Expertise in quantitative data analysis (SPSS/R required)
- Pennsylvania residency required upon hire
- Valid driver's license for statewide travel
- Experience with Pennsylvania's Sunshine Act and Open Records Law
- Certified Public Health Professional (CPH) preferred
