Responsibilities
- Analyze complex policy issues and draft comprehensive reports for city council review
- Lead stakeholder engagement initiatives with community groups and industry partners
- Conduct quantitative/qualitative research using statistical modeling and GIS mapping
- Develop implementation plans for legislative priorities and budget recommendations
- Present findings to elected officials and senior leadership through data visualizations
- Monitor policy outcomes and recommend evidence-based adjustments
- Manage interdepartmental projects with 10+ agency stakeholders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Urban Planning, or related field
- 5+ years of policy analysis experience in government or nonprofit sectors
- Advanced proficiency in statistical software (R, Python, SAS) and GIS tools
- Demonstrated success in leading community engagement processes
- Deep understanding of Colorado municipal governance structures
- Valid Colorado driver's license with clean record
- Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance for sensitive data
