Responsibilities
- Develop data-driven policy recommendations for legislative review
- Analyze complex state/federal regulations for compliance
- Coordinate interdepartmental task forces on public health initiatives
- Prepare executive briefings for gubernatorial stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional projects with 10+ agency partners
- Manage $2M+ grant portfolios for community programs
- Present findings to Colorado General Assembly committees
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Public Administration, or related field
- 5+ years government policy analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in SPSS/R for statistical modeling
- Active Colorado State Government security clearance
- Proven track record with federal grant administration
- Superior written/verbal communication skills
- Experience with Colorado Revised Statutes (Title 26)
- Project management certification (PMP or equivalent)
