Responsibilities

- Develop comprehensive policy briefs and recommendations for senior leadership

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Political Science, or related field
- 5+ years of government policy analysis experience
- Expertise in quantitative and qualitative research methodologies
- Proficiency with policy analysis software (e.g., Stata, R)
- Demonstrated success in developing policy recommendations
- Knowledge of California legislative and regulatory processes
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
