Responsibilities
- Develop and evaluate federal healthcare policies using advanced quantitative analysis

- Monitor policy implementation and recommend evidence-based improvements

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of federal policy analysis experience
- Expertise in healthcare legislation (Affordable Care Act, Medicare/Medicaid)
- Advanced proficiency in statistical analysis tools (SAS, R, Python)
- Active security clearance or ability to obtain one
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with federal budget processes and grant management
