Responsibilities
- Research and analyze complex state policies to recommend evidence-based solutions
- Collaborate with cross-agency teams to implement strategic initiatives
- Prepare detailed policy briefs and legislative recommendations for senior leadership

- Present findings to policymakers and stakeholders through compelling reports

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of government policy analysis experience
- Proven expertise in legislative research and regulatory frameworks
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, R)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Valid Georgia driver's license
- U.S. citizenship required for security clearance
- Experience with Georgia state budget processes preferred
