Responsibilities
- Analyze complex legislative proposals and recommend evidence-based policy solutions
- Coordinate with federal agencies and local stakeholders on cross-jurisdictional initiatives
- Prepare detailed policy briefs and executive summaries for senior leadership
- Manage grant applications and compliance for federal funding programs
- Lead public engagement sessions and community outreach programs

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in government affairs or policy analysis
- Deep understanding of DC government operations and federal regulations
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (SPSS, R, or Tableau)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Valid District of Columbia government security clearance
