Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive policy recommendations for state legislative initiatives

- Conduct cross-departmental reviews to ensure policy consistency

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Public Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of policy analysis experience in government or public sector
- Expertise in NC state government operations and legislative processes
- Advanced proficiency in statistical analysis software (SPSS, R)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects
