Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Political Science, Economics, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of policy analysis experience in government or non-profit sector
- Advanced proficiency in statistical analysis tools (R, Stata, or SPSS)
- Proven track record of developing evidence-based policy recommendations
- Deep knowledge of California state government operations and legislative processes
