Responsibilities
- Analyze complex policy issues and develop evidence-based recommendations for state programs

- Monitor policy implementation and measure impact on community outcomes

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or related field
- 5+ years of policy analysis experience in government or public sector
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (SPSS, R, or SAS)
- Deep knowledge of Michigan state government operations
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance
