Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Urban Planning, or related field
- 5+ years of policy analysis experience in government or public sector
- Expertise in coastal resiliency frameworks and economic development strategies
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Proven track record of successful legislative advocacy
- Valid Virginia driver's license
