Responsibilities
- Analyze state and local legislation to assess policy impacts on Fort Worth communities
- Develop comprehensive policy briefs and recommendations for executive leadership
- Collaborate with cross-agency teams to implement strategic initiatives
- Conduct quantitative/qualitative research using advanced data analysis tools
- Present findings to stakeholders and public officials through compelling presentations
- Monitor policy implementation effectiveness and recommend adjustments
- Lead community outreach programs to gather stakeholder feedback
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Political Science, or related field
- 5+ years of policy analysis experience in government or public sector
- Expertise in quantitative research methodologies and statistical analysis
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and statistical software
- Deep understanding of Texas state government operations and regulations
- Exceptional written/verbal communication skills with public presentation experience
- Proven ability to manage complex projects with competing priorities
- Active security clearance or ability to obtain one
