Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive policy recommendations through quantitative/qualitative research and stakeholder engagement
- Analyze legislative impacts and regulatory compliance for state agencies

- Manage policy implementation frameworks with measurable KPIs

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Political Science, or related field (5+ years experience required)
- Proven expertise in state/federal policy development and analysis
