Responsibilities
- Analyze complex health data and trends to inform evidence-based policy recommendations
- Develop and draft legislative proposals, regulations, and executive orders
- Coordinate with state agencies, stakeholders, and legislators on policy implementation
- Present findings to senior leadership and legislative committees
- Monitor federal health policy changes and assess Texas alignment opportunities

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Public Health, or related field
- 5+ years of policy analysis experience in government or public sector
- Advanced proficiency in statistical analysis and policy modeling tools
- Deep knowledge of Texas legislative processes and regulatory frameworks
- Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable policy recommendations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences
