Responsibilities
- Develop and analyze state-level public safety policies and legislative proposals

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Criminal Justice, Political Science, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of policy analysis or government experience
- Advanced knowledge of Texas state government operations
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research skills
- Proficiency in data analysis software (e.g., SPSS, R)
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Valid Texas driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to obtain security clearance
