Responsibilities
- Develop and analyze complex state policies related to human services programs
- Conduct rigorous research and data analysis to inform policy recommendations

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Social Work, or related field
- 5+ years of policy analysis experience in government or non-profit
- Expertise in quantitative and qualitative research methodologies

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated experience with Colorado state government processes
- Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously
- Valid Colorado driver's license (required for travel)
