Responsibilities
- Lead Design Strategy: Define and execute the product design vision, ensuring consistency across all platforms and touchpoints.
- User-Centric Research: Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and competitive analysis to validate design decisions and uncover user needs.
- Design Systems: Build and maintain scalable design systems (e.g., Figma) to accelerate the development process and ensure brand consistency.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineers to translate requirements into high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs.
- Advocacy: Champion user experience best practices and advocate for the user voice during stakeholder meetings.
- Mentorship: Guide junior designers and provide constructive feedback to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in product design, UX/UI design, or a related field.
- Tools: Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools like Principle or Framer.
- Portfolio: A robust portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design projects, including case studies and process documentation.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex design concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Technical Acumen: Understanding of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, React) is a plus.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
