Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Create and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy for the future, aligning it with company-wide goals.
- Roadmap Management: Own the product roadmap, prioritizing features based on business value, technical feasibility, and market trends.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment.
- Technical Leadership: Translate complex technical concepts into clear product requirements and user stories for the engineering team.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and A/B testing to validate product hypotheses and drive growth.
- Agile Execution: Lead agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure rapid delivery.
- User Advocacy: Champion the user voice by conducting user interviews and usability testing to refine the user experience.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in B2B SaaS or Enterprise Technology.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of defining long-term product strategies and successfully executing them.
- Technical Background: Strong understanding of software development life cycles, APIs, cloud architectures (AWS/Azure), and data analytics.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Tools: Proficiency in product management tools (Jira, Confluence, Aha!) and data visualization (Tableau, PowerBI).
- Agile: Deep experience working within Agile/Scrum methodologies.
