Responsibilities
- Analyze and optimize federal program performance using data-driven methodologies
- Develop comprehensive program evaluation frameworks and improvement strategies

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years experience in federal program analysis or government operations
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL, Tableau, Excel)
- Deep knowledge of federal regulations (OMB, GAO, OPM guidelines)
- Proven project management with PMP certification preferred
- Exceptional written/verbal communication skills
- Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance
