Qualifications

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in program analysis, policy research, or government operations.
- Strong understanding of federal acquisition regulations and VA-specific compliance standards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or Tableau.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a suitable background investigation/secret clearance.
