Role Overview:
The successful candidate will oversee contract performance, ensure compliance with federal regulations, and manage stakeholder relationships.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee contract execution and deliverables for federal agencies.
- Ensure strict adherence to government compliance standards and auditing requirements.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports to program managers and government clients.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Maintain accurate documentation and tracking of project milestones.
- Liaise with external vendors and internal staff to ensure project goals are met on time and within budget.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Policy, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in government contracting or program management.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret or Top Secret security clearance (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of federal acquisition regulations (FAR) and compliance protocols.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software (e.g., Jira, MS Project).
