Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- 7+ years progressive experience in public health management
- California Public Health Administrator certification required
- Demonstrated expertise in emergency preparedness and response protocols
- Advanced proficiency in health data analytics and reporting systems
- Proven ability to secure and manage federal/state grants
- Strong knowledge of HIPAA, ACA, and CA health regulations
