Responsibilities
- Analyze epidemiological data to identify public health trends and emerging threats
- Develop evidence-based interventions for underserved communities
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams on grant-funded health programs
- Present findings to county commissioners and community stakeholders
- Oversee compliance with state and federal health regulations
- Lead public health emergency response coordination
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health or related field required
- 3+ years of experience in government/public health sector
- Advanced proficiency in SPSS/R/Python for data analysis
- Certified in Public Health (CPH) preferred
- Experience managing grant-funded programs
- Valid Texas driver's license
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
