Responsibilities
- Lead development and implementation of data-driven public health strategies and intervention programs
- Analyze complex health datasets to identify trends, disparities, and emerging health threats
- Coordinate multi-agency partnerships for health equity initiatives and resource allocation
- Design and evaluate program effectiveness using KPIs and community feedback mechanisms
- Prepare comprehensive reports and policy recommendations for senior leadership
- Supervise junior staff and mentor emerging public health professionals
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years progressive experience in public health program management
- Advanced proficiency in statistical software (R, SAS, or SPSS) and data visualization tools
- Proven track record of successful health equity initiatives in diverse communities
- Strong grant writing and budget management experience for public health programs
- Valid Colorado driver's license and ability to travel throughout the county
