Responsibilities
- Develop and evaluate municipal policies aligned with Omaha's strategic vision

- Present policy recommendations to city council and executive leadership
- Monitor federal/state regulations affecting local governance
- Lead stakeholder engagement with community groups and industry partners
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in government or public policy analysis
- Advanced proficiency in quantitative data analysis tools (SPSS, R, or Python)
- Proven track record of developing municipal policy frameworks
- Strong understanding of Nebraska state governance structures
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
