Responsibilities
- Analyze legislative proposals and regulatory impacts for state agencies
- Develop comprehensive policy briefs and recommendation reports

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or related field
- 5+ years of policy analysis experience in government or public sector
- Advanced knowledge of Texas legislative processes
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research skills
- Proficiency in policy analysis software (e.g., PolicyMap, GIS tools)
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Valid Texas driver's license
- US citizenship required
