Responsibilities
- Analyze complex urban policy challenges and develop evidence-based recommendations
- Collaborate with city departments on strategic initiatives for sustainable growth
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for council members and stakeholders
- Oversee implementation of community development programs
- Monitor compliance with state/federal regulations

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Administration, Urban Planning, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of government/public sector experience
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (SPSS, R, Tableau)
- Deep knowledge of California municipal governance frameworks
- Strong grant writing and budget management experience
- Active California driver's license
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
