Responsibilities
- Research and analyze state/local policies affecting Jacksonville communities
- Develop evidence-based policy recommendations for legislative review
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement public programs
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior leadership
- Monitor regulatory changes and assess operational impacts
- Engage with stakeholders including community leaders and government officials

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of government/public sector experience
- Advanced analytical and quantitative research skills
- Proficiency in policy analysis frameworks and methodologies
- Strong written/verbal communication with presentation experience
- Knowledge of Florida state government operations
- Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
