Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable quantum computing solutions integrating with classical systems.
- Develop and optimize quantum algorithms for complex problem-solving in logistics and cryptography.
- Collaborate with hardware physicists to tailor software stacks for emerging QPU architectures.
- Ensure high availability, fault tolerance, and security in distributed quantum networks.
- Lead technical strategy for the roadmap extending into 2026 and beyond.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Present technical findings to stakeholders and participate in industry conferences.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or Mathematics with a focus on Quantum Information.
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, distributed systems, or machine learning.
- Deep understanding of quantum mechanics and experience with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or QuTiP).
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Experience with hybrid quantum-classical models and optimization techniques.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of delivering complex technical projects on time.
