Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive technical SEO audits to identify and resolve site architecture issues, ensuring optimal crawlability and indexability.
- Develop and execute high-level keyword strategies that align with business objectives and target high-intent audience segments.
- Manage and mentor a team of SEO specialists, providing guidance on best practices and performance analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement Schema markup, structured data, and on-page optimization strategies.
- Analyze complex data sets using Google Analytics and Search Console to report on KPIs and adjust strategies in real-time.
- Build and maintain a high-quality backlink profile through white-hat outreach and relationship building.
- Stay abreast of the latest search engine algorithm updates and industry trends to keep our strategies future-proof.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of proven experience in SEO, with a track record of driving significant organic traffic growth for enterprise-level clients.
- Deep understanding of Google’s core algorithms and the ability to adapt to frequent updates.
- Proficiency in technical SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and Google Search Console.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable business insights.
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) methodologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting complex SEO concepts to stakeholders.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads) are highly preferred.
