Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to drive organic traffic growth and improve search engine rankings for client and internal projects.
- Conduct in-depth technical SEO audits to identify and rectify crawl errors, site speed issues, and structured data problems.
- Lead keyword research and competitive analysis to uncover high-value opportunities and content gaps.
- Optimize on-page elements, including title tags, meta descriptions, headings, and internal linking structures.
- Collaborate with content creators and web developers to implement SEO best practices and technical requirements.
- Monitor and analyze website performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Search Console to report on KPIs and ROI.
- Stay updated on Google algorithm updates and industry trends to ensure long-term compliance and success.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in SEO, including both on-page and technical optimization.
- Deep understanding of Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and SEO auditing tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog).
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript for technical implementation and debugging.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
