Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define and implement technical solutions.
- Conduct code reviews, perform technical troubleshooting, and ensure code quality and security standards.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to the technical growth of the team.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations regarding data privacy and security.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in at least two of the following: Java, Python, or C#.
- Strong understanding of web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, or Angular).
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Ability to obtain a government security clearance (if applicable).
