Responsibilities
- Manage and process incoming mail, emails, and faxes with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate digital and physical records for departmental files.
- Answer incoming telephone calls, screen visitors, and provide general information to the public and staff.
- Prepare, compile, and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Assist in the coordination of departmental meetings and schedule appointments for senior staff.
- Ensure compliance with all state government policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Handle sensitive information with the highest level of discretion and integrity.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative or clerical experience in a government or corporate environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Strong typing skills (minimum 40 WPM) and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
- Must be a resident of Arizona or willing to relocate.
