Responsibilities
- Perform high-volume data entry and verification for state records with 99.9% accuracy.
- Monitor and troubleshoot data systems during the night shift to ensure continuous operation.
- Review and reconcile discrepancies in databases and reports.
- Communicate effectively with morning shift supervisors to report system alerts.
- Adhere strictly to state confidentiality and compliance regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in data processing, clerical work, or government operations.
- Must be available to work night shifts (typically 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and Word.
- Strong attention to detail and typing speed of 45+ WPM.
