Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and evaluate evidence-based public health programs targeting underserved communities
- Lead cross-functional teams of healthcare professionals, analysts, and community partners
- Manage program budgets exceeding $2M with strict fiscal accountability
- Develop data-driven reports for state legislators and federal agencies
- Coordinate emergency response protocols for public health crises
- Oversee grant applications and compliance with federal/state regulations

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- 5+ years experience in public health program management
- PHR/SPHR certification or equivalent public health credentials
