- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or a similar technical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and network infrastructure management.
- Familiarity with government IT frameworks, cybersecurity standards, and data privacy laws.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues under pressure.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and security clearance.
