Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support and troubleshooting for end-users during weekend shifts.
- Monitor server health and system performance to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Perform hardware installations, upgrades, and maintenance on workstations and peripherals.
- Manage and patch software applications to ensure security compliance.
- Document all technical issues and resolutions in the Service Desk database.
- Collaborate with the central IT team to resolve complex escalated tickets.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Bachelor’s preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or help desk roles.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office Suite, and Active Directory.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently during weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and customer service orientation.
- Clear background check and drug screening required for government employment.
