Your Role
As a vital member of our administrative team, you will play a key role in maintaining the efficiency of state operations. We are looking for individuals who are organized, detail-oriented, and committed to excellence.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate government records and databases with strict adherence to confidentiality standards.
- Process weekly payroll and timekeeping documentation for state employees.
- Communicate effectively with local officials, community members, and state agencies to resolve inquiries and issues.
- Assist in the coordination of state-sponsored programs and community outreach initiatives.
- Ensure full compliance with all state and federal regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Prepare and submit detailed reports regarding departmental performance and budget utilization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline administrative workflows and improve service delivery.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business, or a related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or government support role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and government software systems.
