Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to state employees and the general public via phone, email, and in-person inquiries.
- Assist in the processing of administrative documents, applications, and official state records with high accuracy.
- Collaborate with various state departments to coordinate projects and ensure smooth operations.
- Conduct research and analyze data to support policy development and program evaluation.
- Maintain confidential files and ensure strict compliance with state privacy regulations and security protocols.
- Attend regular staff meetings and training sessions to stay updated on government procedures and technologies.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative, customer service, or office support role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse populations.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation are required for this position.
- Ability to pass a standard background check and drug screening.
