Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to manage and process critical pension and administrative data during our night operations. This is a high-impact role ensuring compliance and accuracy in a 24/7 environment.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and process pension applications and benefit claims during the night shift.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the State Government database systems.
- Respond to urgent inquiries from state employees and retirees regarding pension eligibility.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to transfer critical information and resolve outstanding issues.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive state records and financial data.
- Perform routine audits of night shift logs to ensure compliance with state regulations.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in government, finance, or administrative data processing is a plus.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 11 PM - 7 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a quiet environment.
- Basic computer proficiency with MS Office Suite and state-specific database software.
- U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency required for State Government roles.
