Responsibilities
- Monitor security systems and respond to overnight incidents
- Conduct routine patrols and document all activities
- Coordinate with emergency services during critical situations
- Maintain detailed incident reports and digital records

- Train and mentor new night shift personnel
Qualifications
- Texas Peace Officer License or willingness to obtain
- Minimum 2 years security or law enforcement experience
- Valid Class C Texas Driver's License
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours
- Strong conflict resolution and de-escalation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and incident reporting software
- Pass comprehensive background investigation and polygraph
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
