Responsibilities
- Research and analyze state legislation, regulations, and policy impacts
- Develop comprehensive policy briefs and recommendations for decision-makers
- Coordinate with state agencies and stakeholders to implement public initiatives
- Monitor policy outcomes and prepare performance evaluation reports
- Present findings to legislative committees and executive leadership

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years experience in government, policy analysis, or public sector
- Strong analytical and research capabilities with data interpretation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in policy development software and MS Office Suite
- Knowledge of Ohio state government structure and processes
