Responsibilities
- Research and analyze state/local policies affecting San Antonio metropolitan area
- Develop data-driven recommendations for legislative and regulatory improvements
- Coordinate with state agencies and community stakeholders on implementation

- Monitor policy impacts through quantitative/qualitative assessment methods

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or related field
- 3+ years policy analysis or government experience
- Proficiency in statistical analysis software (SPSS, R, or Python)
- Strong writing skills for policy briefs and technical reports
- Texas residency required at time of hire
- Valid Texas driver's license for travel to state facilities
- Experience with public budgeting processes preferred
