Responsibilities
- Research and analyze state policies to recommend evidence-based solutions for public welfare programs
- Prepare comprehensive legislative briefs and policy impact assessments for executive leadership
- Collaborate with cross-agency task forces to implement strategic initiatives across Los Angeles County
- Manage public outreach programs to gather community feedback on policy effectiveness
- Monitor budget allocations and compliance with state regulatory requirements

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in government policy analysis or public sector roles
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (SPSS, R, or Excel) and policy modeling software
- Deep understanding of California state legislative processes and regulatory frameworks
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with ability to present complex concepts clearly
- Valid California driver's license and ability to travel within Los Angeles County
