Responsibilities
- Develop and implement state-funded community programs in Fort Worth metropolitan area
- Manage budgets exceeding $1M with strict fiscal compliance
- Coordinate with local government agencies and community stakeholders
- Analyze program effectiveness using data-driven methodologies
- Prepare legislative reports and policy recommendations
- Supervise cross-functional teams of 5-8 professionals
- Ensure adherence to all state and federal regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3 years government program management experience
- Texas State residency required at time of hire
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data visualization tools
- Valid Texas driver's license
- Proven ability to manage complex intergovernmental projects
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with federal grant applications preferred
