Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic communication plans for state initiatives
- Manage public relations campaigns across digital and traditional channels

Qualifications

- Minimum 3 years experience in government relations or public affairs
- Proficiency with digital communication tools (CMS, social media analytics)
- Strong writing skills with portfolio of policy briefs/press releases
- Experience with Illinois state government processes preferred
- Valid Illinois driver's license for occasional travel requirements
- Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance
