Responsibilities
- Analyze federal program performance metrics and compliance requirements
- Develop data-driven reports for senior leadership decision-makingCoordinate cross-agency initiatives supporting veteran services
- Manage grant allocations and budget tracking for federal programs
- Ensure adherence to OMB and VA regulations
- Lead process improvement initiatives for program efficiency
- Collaborate with stakeholders to implement policy changes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field
- 3+ years federal program analysis experience
- Proficiency in federal grant management systems (e.g., GSA Advantage)
- Advanced knowledge of OMB Circulars and federal compliance standards
- Strong analytical skills with data visualization experience
- Active security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Excellent written communication for policy documentation
