As a Systems Analyst, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring our state systems are robust, secure, and user-friendly.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough analysis of business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for system development.
- Design, develop, and implement custom software solutions and interfaces to improve government workflows.
- Perform system testing, debugging, and documentation to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including stakeholders, developers, and project managers.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues to minimize downtime.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices to recommend innovative solutions.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in systems analysis, software development, or IT project management.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
- Strong understanding of database management systems (SQL, Oracle) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical staff.
- Must be eligible for Georgia state employment and pass a background check.
