Responsibilities
- Execute data entry and document processing for official state records and case files with 100% accuracy.
- Manage weekend administrative workflows, ensuring all departments operate efficiently during off-hours.
- Conduct routine security screenings and verify credentials for visitors and personnel entering government facilities.
- Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems in strict compliance with state archival regulations.
- Assist the public and state employees with inquiries regarding departmental procedures and policy inquiries.
- Monitor facility operations and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the on-call supervisor immediately.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate’s degree in Business Administration or Public Service is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative support, data entry, or a related field within the public sector.
- Demonstrated ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with state government software systems.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check, drug screening, and obtain a Level II Security Clearance.
- Strong attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
