Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex IT systems and applications used by state agencies.
- Analyze system performance and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement digital transformation initiatives.
- Ensure strict compliance with state cybersecurity protocols and data privacy laws.
- Conduct regular system audits and security assessments to mitigate risks.
- Provide advanced technical support and training to internal staff and government partners.
- Document technical specifications, processes, and code repositories for future maintenance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in software development or IT infrastructure.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#.
- Strong understanding of database management systems (SQL, Oracle, or MongoDB).
